Well, fear not, actually, you already have a network...
In a small or medium-sized business or a professional partnership there should never be a need for cold calling. Stop for a moment and consider how many people you know. It will run into hundreds:
    * existing clients/customers
    * other professional contacts
    * friends and neighbors
    * family and relatives
    * people at the sports or social club
    * committee members you may work with
    * church friends
    * colleagues
    * school mates, classmates
The lists go on... unless you want to try the stranger world of which it is unlimited!  Give yourself a goal to find these people within a short period of time[given by yourself] and behold, you are already on the road to success!
